Refund & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy: Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.

Refund Policy: All sales are final once any of the following occur:

• Testing services have been performed

• Collection supplies have been shipped

• Specimen collection has taken place

Recollection Requirements: If a recollection is necessary and a participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued. However, we will work with you to reschedule the appointment at your convenience.

Result Delivery: Estimated turnaround times are provided during scheduling and confirmed at collection. While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to laboratory processing requirements.

Important: Once testing has commenced, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.
